Most recently, Steve was CFO of DE Capital Management LLP, a multi strategy hedge fund, where he established financial and operational systems and processes.

Prior to that, Steve spent 11 years at Merrill Lynch, latterly as a Director of Finance and Operations for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. He started his career at Price Waterhouse in London where he qualified as a chartered accountant and was an auditor and treasury consultant.
