Prior to Greenstone, Nicky worked for URS Corporation on Carbon Footprinting and Corporate Social Responsibility projects. Working for the independent Corporate Responsibility investment analysts, Innovest Strategic Value Advisors and CoreRatings Ltd, Nicky developed an in-depth understanding of the assessment of the material corporate responsibility risks of companies. Nicky has also had industrial experience having worked for the chemical manufactures, PPG Industries and ICI plc, in both the IT and applied chemistry fields.

Nicky has a BSc Chemistry (Hons) degree from the University of Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
